Services: Webdesign
In order to dominate today's booming economy
it is mandatory that companies communicate information to their clientele as agilely and as effectively as possible.
One of the most modern, and efficient ways to achieve such results is by fully utilizing technology involved within the internet. We are the professionals who obtain, collect, learn and utilize this continually evolving knowledge of such technology on a daily basis. We are webmasters.
Our Webography will expose you to examples of websites that we have designed.
Designing a virtual representation of a corporate entity
should not be an impersonal task, but rather an exploration. From the initial meeting to updates for the new product line, it is important to keep objective orientated, and continue to purvey the same facade. Depending on varying circumstances, some projects take different paths of construction than others. However, for the most part, there is an underlying trend within the inital and gradual changes and steps that lead toward the desired result of a professionally designed and optimally functional website.
- Initial Meeting - At this time, intention, purpose and possibilities are discussed. Brainstorming, in light of the budget, will allow us to plan a balanced and effectively functional web presence.
- Content Compiled - If it hasn't been done already, this is when the customer compiles content and supplies the designer with all pertinent information. (Marketing media including logos and client's design ideas, sitemap, page content, product information...)
- Quote - Based on what was discussed, a detailed project outline is drawn up. Once a set price for the project is agreed upon, half of the total amount is due and construction begins.
- Initial Graphic Layout - The designer creates a look and feel to the website reflecting the corporate identity and intention. This will most likely take the form of one or more static image files.
- Design Changes/Approval - At this time the client brings up any questions or concerns of the look, feel, operation, or presentation of the designer's layout. Depending on the input of the customer, the designer will either then go back and make any changes or, go forward and dissect the layout into a functioning website.
- Content Added - The website is made navigable and the textual content is added to the individual pages.
- Content Reviewed - The designer will notify the client of the completeness of the site and will address any questions about completeness.
- Site Completion - Once the site is fully reviewed and is determined to be complete, it will be moved from its temporary location to its final public domain. Once the site is made live to the public, it will be submitted to search engines and the job will be done, the client will recieve a report of the site and a receipt. At this time the rest of the amount due will be billed.
